We will be performing scheduled maintenance on December 13 at 8 a.m. PT (16:00 UTC) to deploy the 1.03.00.01 hotfix. Maintenance is expected to last approximately two hours.

No downtime is expected. Players who are logged in prior to the start of maintenance are encouraged to restart their client once the update is available. For all other players, the game will automatically update the next time Magic: The Gathering Arena is launched.

Update - Players attempting to launch MTG Arena will see a "System is down for maintenance." message at this time. Scheduled maintenance is on-going.

Update - For players who have not received their password reset email, you can manually request an email by going to: https://myaccounts.wizards.com/forgot and entering the email address associated with your MTG Arena account.

Investigating - We are investigating as to why some players have not received an email to reset their password after following the password reset prompts. We believe this is an issue on the side of your email service provider, and will give more information when it is available.
