We have deployed a hotfix to address this issue. Players may need to restart @MTG_Arena to receive the update.

We are aware that the "Death by Vanilla" achievement is currently bugged, and players are unable to earn progress towards this achievement. A hotfix is currently planned for tomorrow, September 3, to address this issue. Additionally, we'll be extending the time to get the Yargle Day achievements by 24 hours so players will still have the allotted time to earn the achievement.
