We have deployed an update that fixes the bug with Duskmourn: House of Horror Set Mastery Pass rewards. Unfortunately, players who purchased between October 14, 2024 and today's update will still not receive rewards as intended.
We are continuing to work towards a solution, and are committed to ensuring that affected players will receive every Mastery reward they have earned.
