We are aware that players are still experiencing network errors, and are continuing to investigate. We apologize for the inconvenience.
The hotfix is now available. For players who do not update, matchmaking will be disabled in approximately 10 minutes. Please restart your client to download the patch and to continue matchmaking, Matches in progress will not be affected.
We will be deploying a hotfix shortly. Players will be notified when the patch is available for download.

The game update is now available for download. Maintenance is on-going. If players experience a black screen when attempting to view packs in their collection, please restart the client.

Maintenance is now scheduled to begin at 6:45 a.m. PT and will require game downtime. Once maintenance begins, matchmaking will be disabled and players will have 1 hour to finish in-progress matches. Game downtime will begin at approximately 7:45 a.m. PT and is expected to last 90 minutes.
We will update you with more information when it becomes available, including when players are able to login and begin downloading the game update.

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on January 16 at approximately 7 a.m. PT (15:00 UTC) to deploy the 1.04.00 game update. Maintenance is expected to last approximately three hours.
While no downtime is expected, this is a required update. Players who are logged in prior to the start of maintenance will be required to restart their client to download the patch.
Patch notes will be available once maintenance is complete.
