21.09.02 Patch Notes: - Fixed a bug that made the emblem created by Teferi, Who Slows the Sunset behave improperly - Fixed a bug that caused spells with Rebound to improperly allow casting other spells from exile - Fixed a bug with Feather, the Redeemed that caused their ability to return more cards from exile than intended
